Endogenous water pollution and excessive nitrogen in ponds have always been prominent problems threatening aquaculture. To solve this problem, a 70-day indoor simulation experiment was conducted. The snail Bellamya purificata stocked at four different densities: 0, 15, 30, 60 individuals/tank, represented as CON (control), LD (low density), MD (medium HD (high respectively, to investigate the effects of B. on occurrence forms bacterial communities sediment.
